<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method and facility for recovering the waste heat of a heating furnace capable of controlling a waste gas temperature at a value higher than a dew point at all times and capable of preheating combustion air. SOLUTION: The waste heat recovering method of a steel heating furnace employs a waste heat recovering facility for a heating furnace 20, constituted of a waste heat boiler 27 for recovering the sensitive heat of waste gas, a heat exchanger 25 for preheating combustion air, and an exhaust fan 28, which are arranged sequentially in a flue 26 from the outlet port of waste gas to a chimney 29, and is characterized by blowing high-temperature gas into the flue so as to maintain a waste gas temperature in the outlet side flue of this heat exchanger 25 at a value higher than the dew point of acid at all times upon recovering the waste heat of the heating furnace 20.</p> |
