摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing processes and to promote manufacturing efficiency by layering a 1st recording layer, a light interrupting layer, a 2nd recording layer in turn on a substrate having a tracking guide under vacuum. SOLUTION: The substrate 1 provided on its one side with pregrooves or prepits is set on a vacuum film forming device, and is film-formed under vacuum with the 1st recording layer 2, the light interrupting layer 3 and the 2nd recording layer 4 in turn. The recording layer 2 consists of a metal, a semiconductor and a organic substance, capable of physical and chemical changes to be optically detectable. The light interrupting layer 3 consists of a metal and a semiconductor thin film, capable of optically separating the recording layers 2 and 4. The recording layer 4 consists of a metal, a semiconductor and an organic substance, capable of physical and chemical changes to be optically detectable. Then, these are layered until the recording layer 4 by vacuum film forming, and are taken out, and then an ultraviolet-setting resin is applied on the recording layer 4 to form an adhesive layer 5. Then, a light transmitting flat plate 6 is closely stuck to the adhesive layer 5, and the adhesive layer 5 is set by irradiating this layer with ultraviolet rays, thus completing the manufacture. By this method, the manufacturing processes are reduced, and the manufacture with high reliability at low cost is feasible.
