<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the influence of load capacity by providing a switch for performing a cross latching operation by clocks between input/output terminals and holding output by a pumping capacitor when the input/output terminals are separated. SOLUTION: When first and second clock signals CK1 and CK2 are respectively 'H' and 'L', a transistor(TR) M3 is ON, the input terminal (in) for receiving a negative voltage from a charge pump and the output terminal (out) of this negative voltage driving circuit are connected, and since the TR M1 is ON, a node N1 is discharged and the voltage of the output terminal (out) drops. When the first and second clock signals CK1 and CK2 are respectively 'L' and 'H', the TR M2 is ON and the input terminal (in) is the same as the output voltage of the charge pump. The TR M3 is OFF and the voltage of the output terminal (out) maintains the output voltage of the charge pump by the charge of the pumping capacitor M6. The output terminal (out) maintains the voltage lower than the output voltage of the charge pump at all times.</p> |
