PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of ripples and to simplify calculation and convergence judgement. SOLUTION: A tap number (n) and a radius (r) on a plane Z are decided (S1). Then, the zero point of a right half plane is arranged in the position of the radius (r) at the 2π/ (n-1) interval of an angle and the zero point of a left half plane is arranged on the outside of the unit circle of the radius 1/r (S2). Then, the coefficient of a polynomial provided with the zero point is obtained (S3) and a tap coefficient is calculated by multiplying a constant with the polynomial coefficient (S4). Finally, the tap number and the tap coefficient are outputted (S5).
