Charge collector for use in drilling magnetic materials

A magnet (24) is fixed to the outer side of the absorbing shell (10). The magnet (24) is held in place by a mounting (22). The mounting (22) is attached to the outside of the shell (10) and is removable. There is a hole in the mounting which enables drilling. The mounting (22) covers the shell (10) on its base (12) and on at least one of its sides (14). Both the mounting (22) and the shell (10) are conically shaped and can therefore be easily connected. A screw or bayonet connection joins the mounting to the shell.
