The apparatus for injecting germ cells into genital organs of mammals which is easy to be inserted in an uterine cervix preventing damage of the uterine cervix is provided. As a vagina dilation member (30) is inserted in a vagina, a front end part of the vagina dilation member (30) comes into contact with a mucous membrane, wherein an outer wall (31) of the vagina dilation member (30) has an outer diameter which is smaller toward the front end part to be easily inserted into the vagina (5). If air is forcibly discharged by driving a vacuum generator (74) of a cervical canal fixing member (70) when the vagina (5) is extended, the air inside the vagina (5) may escape out of a sealed space part (33) through a plurality of air intake holes (72) which is formed on a surface of a mucous membrane adsorption part (71), thereby generating negative pressure. Since the mucous membrane is sucked into the mucous membrane adsorption part (71) by the negative pressure, uteroscope is fixedly compressed and a protrusion part (4) in an entrance of the cervical canal (3) is received in a receiving part (73). If the negative pressure increases, the mucous membrane, which is sunk covering the entrance of the cervical canal (3) and the protrusion part (4), is sucked into the mucous membrane adsorption part (71), so that the entrance of the cervical canal (3) becomes extended. Since the plurality of air intake holes (72) formed on the surface of the mucous membrane adsorption part (71) has a small diameter, the mucous membrane adsorption part (71) may be protected from damage at the time of the suction of the mucous membrane.
