Novel spiro piperidine derivatives of formula (I), in which P<1>, P<2>, R<1>, R<2>, R<2>', R<3>, A, E, G, X, Y, R<7>, R<8>, R<9> and R<10> have the meanings defined in claim 1 are described, as well as their use for preparing medicaments which have 5MT receptor antagonist activity.
