<p>A combination locking cap assembly (2) includomg a threaded closure cap (4) engageable with threads (9) on a container, the cap (4) having a cylindrical stem (20), the outer surface of which includes ribs (14); an annular shield (5) surrounding the cap (4), and a cylindrical sleeve (3); the cylindrical sleeve having internal ribs (17) for engaging ribs (14) and being connected to wheel (7) by bridge (43a); the annular shield (5) having internal ribs (6) for engaging ribs (18) on wheel (7) when the cylindrical sleeve member is raised for transferring torque on the annular shield (5) to the closure cap (4); a set of rotatable cylinders (27, 28) having attached flanges (30, 31) and identical voids (32a, 32b) at their lower ends, the widths of the voids being equal to the width of bridge (43a), whereby alignment of the voids provides an opening to receive the bridge when the closure is opened by pulling up on the tip of the stem sleeve (3).</p> |
