SYNTHETIC THERMOPLASTIC RESIN FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a synthetic thermoplastic resin film having excellent transparency, being hardly scratched due to rubbing among films and being excellent in practical properties such as blocking resistance, slipperiness and opening nature by using a specified powder. SOLUTION: This resin film is prepared by molding a composition comprising 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin and 0.01-5 pts.wt. composite silicone powder prepared by coating microspherical silicone rubber particles with a polyorganosilsesquioxane resin. The composite silicone powder is prepared by coating 100 pts.wt. microspherical silicone rubber particles of a mean particle diameter of 0.1-100μm with 1-500 pts.wt. polyorganosilsesquioxane. This powder is obtained by adding an alkaline substance or an aqueous alkali solution and an organotrialkoxysilane to an aqueous dispersion of the microspherical silicone rubber particles and polycondensing the organotrialkoxysilane through hydrolysis to coat the surfaces of the particles with the formed polymer film.
