PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional thin molding with an excellent shapedness and a method for manufacturing three-dimensional molding at the low manufacturing cost and with a high productivity. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional molding using a urethane elastomer is manufactured by integrally compressing under pressure a urethane elastomer 33 as a nonfoaming reactive mixture with a skin material 32, using the top force and the bottom force of a die of a specified shape, while the elastomer is still in a viscoelastic fluidized state during the reaction process, by causing this compressed molding to be transited as such to a slid state, and by firmly sticking this solid molding to the rear face of the skin material 32. A lining material 34 is applied to the whole rear surface of the urethane elastomer, so that the former is perfectly stuck to the latter in the reaction process. The skin material 32 is made of an animal leather or a synthetic leather and the main body of a bag is integrally molded with a three-dimensional pattern 31. |
