摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable selecting a gear ratio at which assist efficiency or regenerative efficiency is good by allowing first and second driving sources to use one gear train in common, selecting a gear combination by means of first and second transmission mechanisms, and transmitting power to a third output shaft during deceleration. SOLUTION: An input shaft 32 is coupled to first and second output shafts 33, 34 via first and second clutches 36, 37. A third output shaft 35 supports first- to fourth-speed driven gears 43 to 46 in such a way that the gears are free to rotate so that they mesh with driven gears 39 to 42 attached to the second and first output shafts 34, 33. Further, the third output shaft 35 is provided with first and second synchronous connecting mechanisms 47, 48 having a synchronizer ring and hub sleeves 47a, 48a. As synchronization is achieved by the synchronizer ring, the hub sleeves 47a, 48a selectively mesh with the driven gears 43 to 46. The input shaft 32 is connected to an engine 51 serving as a first driving source, and the second output shaft 34 is connected to an electric motor 53 serving as a second driving source.
