发明名称 ALKALINE PROTEASE, ITS PRODUCTION, USE THEREOF AND MICROORGANISM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING THE SAME PROTEASE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an alkaline protease having high stability in the presence of a surfactant, provide a method for producing the protease and use thereof and obtain a microorganism capable of producing the protease. SOLUTION: This alkaline protease is obtained by culturing a new strain of a Bacillus sp. (acceptance No. FERM P-15214) or its variant strain and has the following properties: (1) capable of hydrolyzing a protein and a peptide; (2) optimum pH at about 12, when reacted with casein as a substrate at 30 deg.C for 10min, (3) stable pH of 5-11, when incubated at 30 deg.C for 24hr by using the casein as the substrate, (4) optimum action temperature about 60 deg.C when reacted with the casein as the substrate at pH10 for 10min, (5) 29000±2000 molecular weight according to a sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, (6) 10.1±0.5 isoelectric point according to the isoelectric polyacrylamide gel focusing and (7) >=60% residual activities in a 500ppm linear alkylbenzenesulfonate(LAS) solution at 40 deg.C after 30min and >=20% residual activities at 55 deg.C after 15min. A detergent contains the resultant alkaline protease.
