PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dermal preparation for external use, containing two components consisting of trehalose or its derivative and at least one substance selected from blood plasma, plasma protein and blood plasma substitute, excel lent in activation and moisture retention of the keratin layer and useful in cosmetics and medicines. SOLUTION: This dermal preparation contains (A) trehalose and/or a trehalose derivative and (B) at least one substance selected from blood plasma, plasma protein and blood plasma substitute as active ingredients. In addition, (C) a triglucopolysaccharide is preferably contained as a component. The formulations of these components A, B and C in this preparation is 0.1-30wt.%, preferably 1-5wt.%, 0.5-20wt.%, preferably 1-5wt.%, and 0.1-10wt.%, preferably 0.5-2wt.%, respectively. |
