PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily make a spout available for being put either in a closed position, being pushed against a projecting plug in an external cap, or in an opened position, being projected beyond the opening of the external cap, and to ensure high liquid-tightness therefor by a method wherein a spouting pipe is moved by a cam provided at the external cap that is provided, being integral with an internal cap. SOLUTION: In the state where a spout 71 is closed liquid-tightly with a projecting plug 9, the spout 71 is put in a closed position with the outer edge of a sliding contact plate 14 on one side brought into contact with a stopper 16 on one side, and under such circumstances, the spout 71 is sanitarily protected, and liquid in a container is prevented from flowing even though the container is fallen. With an external cap 4 turned countercloskwise, the upper part of a spouting pipe 7 is pushed outward by a cam 12, letting the spout 71 project beyond the opening 10 of the external cap 4, and the spout is put in an opened position with the outer edge of a sliding contact plate on the other side brought into contact with a stopper on the other side. When spouting is finished, the spout is put in the closed position with the external cap 4 turned clockwise. |
