PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an immunosuppressive medicine effective for treating diseases caused by overproduction of IL-2 such as a rejection in kidney transplantation and an autoimmune disease. SOLUTION: This immunosuppressive medicine comprises a soluble human IL-2 receptorαchain molecule, a soluble human IL-receptorβchain molecule and a soluble human IL-2 receptorγ-chain. Since the immunosuppressive medicine has strongly suppressing action on IL-2 action, the medicine is effective for treating an autoimmune disease caused by overproduction of IL-2.
