PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staircase capable of being easily conveyed and assembled. SOLUTION: A plurality of battened frames are provided along the insides opposite to wall members 1 oppositely arranged. Riser bearing sections and tread bearing sections are provided to the upper parts of the battened frames. Risers 5 are laid between the riser bearing sections opposed by connecting both ends to the riser bearing sections of the battened frames opposed to each other. Treads 6 are laid between the tread bearing sections opposed by connecting both ends to the tread bearing sections opposed to each other.
