PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacture and assembly, and also improve usability for multipurpose. SOLUTION: This seal is provided with a seal member 4 having a seal lip 3 for being slidably sealing-contact with the outer peripheral surface of a movable shaft 2, a guide member 5 having a mounting surface 51 for mounting the seal member 4 and having an inserting hole 52 in which the movable shaft 2 is inserted, being capable of reciprocating motion, and a cylindrical body 6 having an installing part which is fit to the outer peripheral side of the guide member 5 and on which the seal member 4 is inserted. In this case, a tooth 7 is arranged on the bottom end of the cylindrical body 6, and a groove part 53 by which the tooth 7 is calked is arranged on the axial direction prescribed position of the outer peripheral side of the guide member 5. |
