FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: storage has foundation pit deepened into ground and covered at its upper part with box-shaped plates filled with freezing medium, and is further provided with ventilation and water supply system. Bottoms of box-shaped plates have faceted openings covered with resilient light-permeable hydraulic insulation and filled with freezing medium, so that optic raster is formed. Pneumatic balloons disposed in bottom part of storage are connected via pipeline to system for alternating supplying of compressed air to even or odd row of pneumatic balloons. Tarpaulin rubberized tape is laid onto pneumatic balloons and layer of seed production is spilled onto rubberized tape. Alternate supplying of compressed air into balloons initiates "running wave" effect. As awakening period arrives, heat- insulating material is removed and tuber layer is exposed to solar energy penetrating through optical raster composed of lenses. Storage is further provided with system for repeated turning over of seed material by means of pneumatic balloons to provide for uniform treatment of the whole mass of seed material in storage-vernalizer. EFFECT: efficient usage of light and heat solar energy, intensified vernalization of seed material in storage. |
