FIELD: realization of vibratory motion in production vibratory equipment; applicable in various branches of industry, where the machine working member has a vibratory motion. SUBSTANCE: continuous alternating resonance and braking (antiphase) operating duties of the vibrating machine are organized; the main useful work is done in the antiphase duty, and in the resonance duty the vibrating system is replenished by kinetic energy. The vibrating machine can operate at low frequencies at employment of a centrifugal vibrator of a relatively low power, which protects the vibrating machine against high-frequency breaking loads. Besides, the vibrating machine becomes non-critical to a change of the mass of the machine working member. At the instants of change-over of the operating duties it becomes possible to coarsely estimate the working member mass. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 2 cl, 2 dwg |
