FIELD: food production industry. SUBSTANCE: this can be primarily used for removing stones from sour and sweet cherries. Device has framework and mounted on this framework are loading bin with spout, drum with sockets for location of fruit pieces, mechanism for driving out stones with strikers, units for collection and branching-out of stones and pulp, and drum drive unit. To improve performance and for more convenient usage, stone driving-out mechanism is made in the form of slide member with strikers which is installed in drum for possible interaction with follower unit and for radial displacement relative to drum. Drum sockets are in the form of interconnected resilient members which during operation of device create slot between themselves for passing of stones. EFFECT: high efficiency. |
