FIELD: production of carbon sorbents of synthetic materials. SUBSTANCE: proposed method involves mixing of thermal reactive monomer with hardening catalyst, formation of elastic carbon-containing granules as their suspension in liquid which does not dissolve them. Thus prepared granules are hardened by heating suspension to 70-300 C, rate of increasing temperature being 50-100 C/h, volume ratio of granules and liquid is 1:(1-20). The process is followed by sustaining granules to their complete hardening, carbonization and activation. EFFECT: improved quality of desired spherical adsorbent. |
