FIELD: materials handling facilities; continuous-action loaders with load-gripping devices. SUBSTANCE: rotary-vane feeder has inclined chute with two rotors and drive mechanism. Movable holder with vanes is installed in each rotor on first row bearings in fixed holder rigidly secured on inclined chute. Shaft transmitting rotation from drive mechanism through splined bushing to movable holder with vanes is installed inside fixed holder on second row bearings. Shaft, bearings of first and second rows and movable holder with vanes are assembled into rotor by pressure nut. EFFECT: increased efficiency and capacity of feeder, reduced material usage, increased rigidity and simplified design. 2 dwg |
