FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: two permanent magnets 4 and 5 placed above interrogation 6 and output 9 windings, second converter 12 of time interval to digital code which input is also connected to output of amplifier-former 10, adder 18 which digit inputs are connected to proper digit output of converters of time interval to digital code, shift register 19 which digit inputs are connected to proper outputs of adder 18 were inserted into converter. Controlling input of shift register is connected to output of clock generator 8 and recording input is connected through delay line 20 to second output of flip-flop 15 of converter 12 of time interval to digital code. Outputs of shift register 19 are connected to inputs of buffer register 21 which controlling input is connected through delay line 22 to output of clock generator 8.
