A 3 dimension power transmission apparatus having a driving shaft(1) and a driven shaft(2) respectively fixed to driving left, transmission plates(101,102;201,202) positioned at a right side, a driving transmission ring(103) and a driven transmission ring(203) rotatory coupled to left and right casings(3,4); a driving yoke(104) and a driven yoke(204) rotatory coupled to inner center of the driving transmission ring(103) and driven transmission ring(203); wires(75,76) fixing driving transmission ring(103) and driven transmission ring(203) in opposite direction; wires(77,78) fixing the driving yoke(104) and driven yoke(204) in opposite direction; and swivel plates(81,82) rotatory coupled to both ends of driving yoke(104) and driven yoke(204) is disclosed. Thereby, it is possible to transmit rotation driving force while the rotation of the driven shaft maintains in the same angle that the rotation angle of the driving shaft within 90= .
