The grille comprises a base (1) which is fixed against an opening in a duct and a grille part (2) which is adjustable relative to the base. The grille is adjustable along an axis which passes transversely through the duct. The base has a pair of opposite sections (14,19) constituted by bosses and/or hollows. The grille has one or two pairs of sections (13), also constituted by bosses and/or hollows, which are directed towards the base sections. The two pairs of sections mesh together for assembly.
