The dosing system includes a storage (1), a separating unit (15) and a sluice chamber (17). The cleaning tablets (3,3') are removable in a selected number from the storage unit, and are supplied to the sluice chamber and additionally to the rinsing chamber. Pref. the cleaning tablets are stored in the storage unit in several stacks. The tablets, arranged approximately vertically or horizontally are stored in parallel stacks. The storage unit (1) is designed as a drum storage. The storage unit an be rotated about an axis, parallel to the stacking axes.
