This patent is dealing with the derivatives of pyrolidine with a general formula (I), where the symbol Y means the direct bond, -CH2- or -(CH2)2, the symbol R means the group -CN or -CONH2 and the symbol R is of that meaning which is explained in the description, while this patent also is dealing with the description closed to the preparation procedure of the above mentioned compounds, intermediate products closed to this procedure having a general formula (II) and IV, where R and R1 are of the same meaning as above mentioned, and it also is dealing with pharmaceutical facilities containing these derivatives, together with the application of these derivatives as the medications. These compounds represent the antagonists closed to muscarine receptor and they are very suitable for healing of diseases closed to the motility changes and/or to tonus of smooth muscles, as the irritation intestinal syndrome, diverticular disease, urinary incontinetion, oesophagus achalassis and chronic obstruction bronchopulmolar diseases. |
