Three=way valve with valve actuator and by=pass, used e.g. in heating and conditioning units

A regulating valve (36,42) is installed in the bypass (11). The bypass forms an integral component part of the three-way valve (10) and is provided with connection tappings for pressure measurement upstream and downstream of the regulating valve. A tubular extension (34) is formed on the bypass concentrically with the symmetry axis (38) of the three-way valve and within which is fitted a regulating cartridge (36) equipped with a profiled section (42) which partially or completely closes off the inlet of the bypass depending upon its rotational position.
