PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effect device which can easily obtain variations of effects by making it easy to switch connection order and select one filter characteristic out of a plurality of filters when at least two effects are cascaded. SOLUTION: Switches 1, 2, and 3 are switched associatively with a pre/post changeover switch, and the changeover switches 1, 2, and 3 switch the connection state of an input signal, distortion effect part 5, a wow effect part 6, an effect giving part, and an outward output through the associative switching. The distortion effect part 5 inputs a signal given a wow effect, gives a distortion effect, and outputs the resulting signal through the effect giving part 21. The effect giving part gives a wow plus distortion effect. When the switches 1, 2, and 3 are switched to the opposite sides by the pre/post changeover switch, etc., a distortion plus wow effect is given. A filter characteristic selection part 10 supplies a coefficient to the wow effect part 6 for a filter output having the selected characteristic. |
