PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute writing work during an operating test and to reduce man- hours by starting an ID writing program by means of a personal computer and pulse-inputting an ID code and a slave set number to the charging terminal of the slave set. SOLUTION: The ID writing program is started by the personal computer 1 and the pulse signal of ID data is transmitted to a jig box 3 with an extensionboard 2. Here, it is converted into a voltage level and inputted to CPU 6 by way of the charging terminal 4a of a charger jig 4 and the charging terminal 7 of the slave set 5. CPU 6 stores the inputted pulse signal in a memory 8 as a bit and, at the same time, data excluding the slave set number within the data in stored in the memory 9 as the ID code when it is the data pattern except the specified data pattern. In this way, data is written in the charging terminal of the slave set by the pulse input so that writing work is executed during the operating test after the completion of slave set assembly and man- hours are reduced. |
