<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the cracking and deterioration of a filler barrier and an enclosure caused by the related change of the composition by replacing a paper layer which separates wiring layers from each other in a secondary winding with a solid filament nylon mesh. SOLUTION: A paper separating layer 126 and/or a paper protective layer is replaced with a solid filament nylon mesh 128. Since the mesh 128 does not absorb not adsorb any component of an enclosed compound, the chemical property of the enclosed compound does not change near paper 124. The enclosed compound not only fills up the space between a secondary winding 132 and the mesh 128, but also fills up the space between different layers 132 of the secondary winding through the mesh 128. Therefore, the appearance of inductive discontinuity between the layers 132 of the secondary winding is reduced. When the mesh 128 is used, the cracking of the layer overlying the paper 124 is reduced, because the enclosed compound can flow sufficiently through the overlying layer before the compound hardens.</p> |
