PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a form from being deformed, the life of the form from being shortened and noise from developing by a method wherein the output of a cylinder for swinging a swinging table is controlled in response to the charge of ready-mixed concrete in the form. SOLUTION: Ready-mixed concrete is charged under the condition that a form 5 is placed on a swinging table (s). In this case, the charge of the ready- mixed concrete in the form 5 is detected with the sensor 3 of the charge of the ready-mixed concrete so as to feed back a detected signal. to a controller CN. Further, the detected signal sent from a swinging strike detector 4 is also fed back to the controller CN. Furthermore, the controller CN controls a pressure controlling valve 6 so as to enhance a feeding pressure in proportion to the charge of the ready-mixed concrete. The controlling form of the valve is to gradually enlarge the output of a cylinder (c) since the start of the charging of the ready-mixed concrete. Accordingly, at the early stage of charging, in which the form 5 is lighter, no stronger pushing-up of the swinging table (s) than necessary is realized. |
