<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent characteristics from being affected by the fluctuation of power source and to freely change the characteristics into desired characteristics. SOLUTION: A reference voltage Vref is supplied through the base-emitter voltage of a PNP transistor Q7 to a base resistor R2 of a transistor Q2. When the transistor Q2 is turned on, its ON current is extracted by current mirror transistors Q3 and Q6 and supplied to this resistor R2, and also a constant current I1 is supplied thereto. A base voltage VA at the time of turning off the transistor Q2 and a VB at the time of ON are regardless of a power source Vcc but depend on the external reference voltage Vref.</p> |
