PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an image display speed by reducing a transfer time per one image even when the image is fetched in real time. SOLUTION: A CCD camera module 5 has a light receiving section 5a receiving an image, an image memory 5b storing the image as an original image, and an image output range setting register 5c setting the range of the desired image in the original image. A main memory 4 has a data arrangement storage section 4a storing tentatively a data arrangement in part of image of the original image via a CPU 1 when the instruction of the image display is received in an input device 2. A display device 3 has the same recording area structure as that of the image memory 5b and has a display memory 3a storing the image data extracted from the data arrangement storage section 4a and the image data stored in the display memory 3a is displayed on a screen.
