PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the heat radiation from the boss part through heat- radiating fins from being interrupted by the direct heat conduction from the outer wall face of a housing to the heat-radiating fins. SOLUTION: A fin forming body 41 is formed integrally on the peripheral surface of the boss part 9. A specified gap K1 is formed between the back face of the fin forming body 41 and the front wall face 1βof the front housing 1. Plural oblong holes 41αare formed to penetrate through the front and back faces of the fin forming body 41. Since the plural oblong holes 41αare formed in the fin forming body 41, the remaining land parts between the respective oblong holes 41αradially form heat-radiating fins 42 about the axis L.
