PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To successively take out a voice waveform for each voice while record ing voice input by a voice recorder, to recognize and extract a character corre sponding to the voice matched with the waveform of reference voice and to perform display and printing. SOLUTION: Voice signals 2 from a voice input means 1 are turned to the waveform 4 for each character in the voice recorder 3 and outputted. A reference waveform output circuit 14 outputs character correspondence signals 16 to a character recognition circuit 17 synchronized with reference waveform signals 12 outputted to a comparator circuit 10. The comparator circuit 10 compares shaping waveform signals 8 with the reference waveform signals 12 and outputs the degree of matching to a matching/unmatching discrimination circuit 15. The circuit 15 judges and discriminates the matching/unmatching and outputs matching signals 19 to the character recognition circuit 17 and unmatching signals 20 to a display/printing part 22. The display/printing part 22 performs the display and printing by a recognition signal 19 and displays and prints a blank for one character by the unmatching signal 20. |
