<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable direct connection of electrodes with the side to be connected, and realize insulation of the electrode part, by directly fixing the electrodes to the side to be connected. SOLUTION: An insulating cover 15 is fixed to an electric component element 12. The cover 15 has a form which covers the peripheral part of electrodes 14 of the electric component element 12 and can be mechanically fixed to the side to be connected. An insulating film 19 is collectively formed on the surfaces of the electric component element 12 and the cover 15. By using the cover 15, the electric component element 12 is directly fixed to the side to be connected. Hence the direct connection of the electrodes 14 to the side to be connected is enabled, and the electrode part is covered with the cover 15 and insulated.</p> |
