<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the buckling of a cable in sudden relative rotation between inside and outside cylinders by arranging in C shape plural guide members along a base member extending in the circumferential direction. SOLUTION: When an inside cylinder 11a is suddenly rotated clockwise, a cable 13 is rewound from the cylinder 11a, comes in contact with the inner circumference of a moving body 21, turns reversely at the other opening end 21b, and moves to the outside of the moving body 21. Time is needed until the moving body 21 reaches the specified rotating speed by the force of the cable 13 reversely turning at the opening end 21b. At the moment of start of rotation, the moving body 21 becomes stop state. The excess cable 13 pushed out by the rotation of the cylinder 11a pushes outward the inner circumference 21d of the moving body 21, each guide member 212 swings to outer circumference by using a connecting hole 212a as a fulcrum, and the excess cable 13 is absorbed. Even when the cylinder 11a is suddenly rotated, the buckling of the cable 13 caused by protruding from the opening part 21c of the moving body 21 can be prevented.</p> |
