PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real estate lease management supporting system making a contact with an excellent lease applicant. SOLUTION: A general station 10 is connected with plural local stations 12 by an exclusive line 14 and many trader stations 16 are connected with the local station 12 in charge by a telephone line 18. Each trader station 16 is provided with a computer 20 transmitting the information on the person who fails to pay the rent for a real estate object for fixed period or more to the local station 12 in charge and inquiring of the local station 12 as to the presence or absence of the registration of a person making a lease contact of the real estate object. Each local station 12 is provided with a computer 26 transmitting the information from the trader station 16 to the general station 10, transmitting the inquiry request from the trader station 16 to the general station 10, receiving the response to the inquiry request from the general station 10 and transmitting the response to the trader station 16 of the inquiry request. Further, the general station 10 is provided with a computer 18 registering the information from the local station 12 and transmitting the response including the judgment result as to whether the information pertinent to the inquiry request from the local station 12 is registered or not to the inquiry request local station 12. |
