A heat insulating board (1) to panel a pillar (3) or a beam (4) of a building, which is meant to be fixed to at least one side or face (2) of such pillar (3) or beam (4), comprises a main body (5) with two opposite surfaces (6, 7), of which one is meant to be fixed to the above-mentioned face (2), and four perimetric sides (8, 9, 10, 11). On at least one of such surfaces (6, 7) there are grooves (15) defining modular cutting-lines for the above-mentioned body (5), each groove (15) being parallel to at least a pair of sides (8, 10) of said board (1); the dimensions of the modules (1A, 1B) into which it may be divided are equal to the distance (L) between the two extremities of the side or face (2) of the pillar (3) or beam (4) to be paneled. <IMAGE>
