摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a beam sensor by which an optical axis can be adjusted easily even when the opposite distance between a projector and a photodetector is long and a beam is narrowed down to be slender in order to project the beam up to a distant place. SOLUTION: A beam sensor is constituted of an optical-system block 7 which is mounted on, and attached to, a base 2 so as to be freely rotatable in the up-and-down direction and the horizontal direction, of an infrared light-emitting element and an optical system which are built in the optical-system block 7 and of adjusting mechanisms 11, 15 which adjust the mounting angle of the optical-system block 7 in the up-and-down direction and the horizontal direction. In this case, a lens 16 for expansion of a beam can be mounted on, and attached to, the beam exit face of the optical-system block so as to be freely detachable.</p>
