PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain each part member in a thermally mechanically stable state, by holding a total reflection mirror and an output mirror with different holding parts, forming the holding part member of a solid laser crystal from material of high thermal conductivity, and forming the holding part members of the total reflection mirror and the output mirror from material whose thermal expansion coefficient is small. SOLUTION: Out of holding parts of part members constituting an oscillator, only the solid crystal laser holding part 3 holding solid laser crystal 2 is formed from copper of high thermal conductivity, and excellent radiation is obtained. An output mirror holding part 8, a total reflection mirror holding part 7 and a laser diode fixing holder 9 are formed from super invar whose thermal expansion coeffient is small, and positional error of each mirror is prevented. Thereby each part member constituting an oscillator can be maintained in a thermally mechanically stable state. |
