<p>The invention relates to a method and arrangement for conveying heat, in which heating or cooling capacity is conveyed from the exhaust air (B-B') of ventilation or air conditioning of standard rooms into inlet air (A-A') by means of an inlet air heat exchanger, via which non-freezing heat transfer liquid is circulated.
