The closing angle can form an adhesion base for a coating. It covers over the base of the insulation extending out of the ground. The insulation is made of mortar-coated plastic foam. A seal is provided between the closing angle (4) and the corresponding building wall (1), and is formed by a foil (5), on the sealing surfaces of which are bitumen adhesive strips (4,7). A closure formed by an angle is provided, connecting an outer insulation to the perimeter insulation. A bitumen adhesive position is formed between the foil and the closure. The plastic foam plates have ribs formed in them. After application of a plaster layer the extending end of the closure is sawn off.
