<p>Cosmetic composition for the skin or skin appendages comprising a dispersion of solid organic particles in a binder and characterized in that at least a part of said organic particles is introduced in said composition in the form of particles having their surface coated with at least one cationic polymer. The cationic polymer comprises, for example, units containing primary, secondary, tertiary and/or quaternary amine groupings. The particles coated in this way are readily dispersible, even in fatty binders. The cosmetic compositions obtained show good adhesion to the skin and, in the case of compacted compositions, good cohesion properties.</p> |
