PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in all of permanent antistatic property, impact resistance and heat resistance and can give a molding free from delamination, by mixing a polyamide elastomer with an aromatic polyester and a functional modified vinyl polymer in a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:1-50pts.wt. polyamide elastomer (A) such as a block or graft copolymer obtained by reacting a polyamideforming component with a poly(alkylene oxide) glycol is mixed with 1-98pts.wt. aromatic polyester (B), 0.1-50 pts.wt. modified vinyl polymer (C) containing at least one kind of a functional group selected from among COOH, epoxy, (substituted)NH2 and the like groups and 0-97pts.wt. rubber graft (co)polymer formed by (D) grafting an aromatic vinyl monomer and/or a (meth)acrylic acid monomer or the like onto a rubbery polymer in such amounts that the total of components A-D is 100pts.wt. and the amount of the rubbery polymer accounts for at most 40wt.% of the total. |
