The device includes a spiral-wound, electrically conductive wire which is held fast at one end. According to the strength of the electric current flowing through the arrangement, the free end of the wire performs the desired rotation about the spiral axis. To manufacture the helical arrangement, a harder wire is preferably used such that the rotation in the desired angular range is fully reversible.
