There is provided a method of thermal spraying a ceramic on a diaphragm of a speaker, wherein the diaphragm(7) to be coated is positioned at a front of a board plank(8) made of a porous material having a same shape with the diaphragm(7), and is adsorbed from a back thereof by a vacuum, and is then treated by a grit blasting process, and the ceramic is thermally sprayed thereon.
