This device consists of a first magnet that rotates, installed nearby a motor pulley and a first groove sensor part that generates a voltage pulse in case located at the most adjacent part then a control part that outputs a certain signal, judging the slip status by the difference of the pulses received from the 1, 2 groove sensor parts and last, an indication part which indicates the slip status by the signal output from the control part.
