A zoom lens has the first group lenses(11) which are composed of three lenses with positive refraction power and the second group lenses(12) which are composed of three movable lenses with negative refraction power. To correct the abrasion, it has the third group(13) which comprises non-spherical surface with the positive refraction power. And the fourth group(14) is located between the second group(12) and the third group(13) which contains the function for light quantity adjustment with the positive refraction power. So, it comprises six group lenses(9) in all, including two non-spherical surfaces.
